I've spent much of my life on teams.
As a varsity athlete, teacher, coach, leader, and athletic director, I've learned that success is rarely about talent alone. It's about confidence. It's about resilience. It's about having people around you who challenge you, support you, and remind you what you're capable of.
I've had moments of self-doubt. I've navigated challenges, career transitions, leadership responsibilities, and my own health and fitness journey. Through all of it, one thing has remained true: growth is easier when you don't do it alone.
That's why I created The Confidence Collective.
My passion is helping people build confidence, find clarity, and take meaningful steps toward their goals, whether that's in sport, leadership, wellness, school, work, or life.
